A Wake Up Anxiety Attack: How To Stop The Morning Fear Cycle

A wake up anxiety attack can be a devastating start to your day. You open your eyes in the morning with the desire to start your day happily, but before your feet even hit the floor you can feel the sense of fear starting to come over you.

You may notice that your breathing becomes fast and shallow. You can literally feel the anxiety start to sweep over your body and take shape. There may be no outside event fueling these feelings, but there doesn't have to be. You feel like you may die.
