Cellulite: What Rocks, What Doesn’t And What Surprised Me. Some Reviews…
1. ACCENT: Tried it several times and the results were great at first but not really amazing and for the price and pain (did I mention PAIN?), it's not the panacea promised in the ads. If you've got a mild case, it would probably be good, but for moderate or severe, it helps, but does not eliminate.
2. Bliss Fat Girl Slim: Pricey, but fun. Who doesn't love the Bliss Spa offering? Unfortunately it's much like their self-touted cellulite serum and not quite worth the price in that it doesn't really deliver (for me anyway). I used it religiously with the nighttime version, good exercise and diet, but nothing much happened. Oh well...
3. Oligo DX Cellulite Reducing Gel: This stuff just rocks! I bought my second tube and will buy again (and again if it keep performing). It's not a complete miracle, but it really does help me see a difference. I use it at least once a day (usually after a quick dry brushing) and I swear it helps. Why it doesn't have amazing reviews on Amazon, I don't know, which brings me to my next review...
4. Celluthin: Amazon.com had great reviews so I bit. Another hyped product and I just don't get it. Why didn't it work for me like the rest of the crowd who posted there? Just my opinion, but not worth the money.
5. Bliss stimilator: Cheap, easy to use and it works. Lather up and then swirl this thing around on your thigh, arms, wherever you see the bumps. It will stimulate circulation and you'll see smoother skin (at least temporarily!)
6. Pycnogenol: A powerful anti-oxidant that I happened upon accidentally. I bought it months ago to add to my vitamin regimen but I only took it sporadically. I started again recently and started noticing a corresponding smoothing of the skin when I took it. Call me crazy (well, most cellulite experts suggest taking strong antioxidants to counteract the stuff), but I'll stay on it.
7. 30 Day Shred (Jillian Michaels): Yeah, you've heard it before...diet and exercise. Well, this video has 3 separate workouts that are just 20 minutes long and they do help. Sorry...I wish I could report exercise is overrated, but no such luck!
