Fish Oil And Skin Care Go Together

Lately I've talked about all sorts of serious health concerns that can be improved by increasing your intake of Omega 3 fish oil. Skin is no exception.

Of course skin problems usually aren't a serious life threatening thing, but nevertheless there are probably as many women interested in skin care as in many other health issues. They are worried about skin aging, wrinkles and lines around the mouth and eyes, age spots and more.
