How I Dropped 12 Lbs of Fat In Less Than 15 Days And Stay Slim
A year ago was the turning point and my big realization. My fat stomach had made me sad and miserable to the point where I wanted to change. A glas of water in the middle of the night changed everything as I saw my big booty in the mirror as I passed it.
I had a lot of previous experience with being thin and I'd been very athletic before. I had a six pack and a good diet as well as training program, so I went back to the drawing board and figured that these things had something to do with it. They did.
During my research I stumbled upon hundreds of different methods I could use, but I chose to change up my diet first of all. Instead of having a big meal I decided to try eating some kind of fruit smoothie instead. This worked wonders. I never had to spend my day hungry, yet also never had to worry about gaining weight.
Another component was my workout. I added some good and solid high intense interval training to my weekly routine, as well as placed some body weight exercises into the mix. I was doing push-ups, pull-ups and squats for example. Another exercise is lunges. These exercises boosted my metabolism and overall fat burn during the day.
I started to lose a little bit of weight in just the first few days by cutting out as much sugar as possible from my diet, as well as fried food and other bad foods. I only ate vegetables and drank healthy juices (not sugary ones).
By using this diet and my mentioned exercise plan I was able to start seeing incredible results. I had lost about twelve pounds in just two weeks time, which was incredible for me. I got so excited that I decided to stick with the program I was doing.
Since my successful weight loss about a year ago I've maintained my weight to the best of my ability. I'm not moving to much in weight and the routine I have isn't too hard to do, I'm very happy with the overall results and the program I'm using!
