Keeping your Butt Worked for Total Body Beauty

A lot of people who like to think that they are in a good health regime and are doing good for their body image rarely even consider their butt as something that they can concentrate on. This probably is the fault of many trainers or even the many magazines that we subscribe too that simply don't put enough emphasis on the butt to be something worthy of further development.

One of the classic mistakes that people do is to wrongly classify the butt as either a part of the back or a part of the legs. On the contrary the butt should be classified as a separate muscle group and be given exercise routines that befit it. Too many people tend to group together their work-out and make the mistake of thinking that they are working out their butt when they are doing their legs or their backs. The fact is that the butt muscles are extremely resilient and the erroneous grouping is simply a pre-cursor to a substandard workout. Much like how you might have days for your arms and legs, it is also recommended that you have days dedicated solely for your butt.

One other factor that makes the training of the butt less efficient is the lack of understanding regarding the types of exercises that will work the butt versus those that will work the back or the legs. The problem is that the exercises that hit the back and the legs are very similar to the ones that work the butt. Most health and fitness instructors or even instructional guides do not go into the subtleties of each exercise and how if set up in a slightly different way will actually put the focus on the butt muscles. It is a little known fact that many celebrities who earn the bulk of their money by the way they look do actually have programs that will develop their butts and also any surrounding muscles to achieve the look they want. This fact is almost never published in magazines and is never reported on as most celebrities actually keep their real exercise and dieting routines a secret while telling everyone else standard spinned gibberish about how they get their bodies to look so good. Celebrities know that in order to build a body that is balanced and beautiful it is vital that the butt be given enough priority.

People who have spent time in higher end gyms or have spent many thousands of dollars on the top fitness and body image instructors will know that there is no one single part of the body that will define it as beautiful. Rather it is how all the different parts of the body that come together to form the whole body that can be defined as beautiful or not. The two important elements of making a body beautiful are symmetry and balance. If the body lacks any of these two elements then it cannot be called beautiful. An example of symmetry is the width of your hips to your shoulders, the length of your shin to your thigh, or in our case the size of the butt to the overall build of your body. Balance is how balance you are from side to side, you can't have an arm that is longer then the other and be called beautiful. It is for this very reason that it is vital to develop the butt in order for the whole body image to improve. Neglecting your butt will mean that you will have one part of your body that is always holding you back.

We think that the butt is neglected in most exercise of health circles today. Even though the butt consist of important stability muscles and is worked on a daily basis by us walking and conduction our normal activities, more work has to be done on it in order for it fit your whole body image if you are active with your body building activities. For the vast majority of us who spend time in the gym, we are guilty of neglecting our butts in our exercise routines. When you think about it there is almost no sense in building the rest of your body to perfection and not concentrate on our butt too. It is as if you are willing to make your body beautiful but are happy to keep your butt looking mediocre and bring all your efforts to a halt.
