Learn Simple Yet Effective Double Chin Exercises

The great majority of people who willingly cough up huge amounts of money just to keep their facial skin in shape often forget to care for their chin, neck and throat. What's really great is that there is no need to empty your pocket to keep your face, chin, neck and throat looking toned and fab.

No one in his or her right mind would love his or her double chin. Having a double chin adds years to your actual age. Neither does it make you look very healthy.

You need to shed the extra pounds if the weighing scale says that you weigh over your ideal weight. Try to exercise for at least sixty minutes each day such as jogging and brisk walking. But extra fat is not the only cause of double chin.

Double chin can also be caused by chin, neck and throat muscles that are in bad shape. This is the reason why facial exercises should be done regularly to help you get rid of your double chin. Tighten these muscles by doing these double chin exercises.

Exercise no 1: Sit erect, tilt your head back and look at the ceiling. Your lips should be closed and relaxed while doing this. Now part your lips and push your tongue in a downward direction as if you want the tip of your tongue and chin to touch. Hold for ten seconds and return to your head and tongue to their normal position.

Exercise two: Sit upright and move your chin upward to look at the ceiling. Then start a chewing motion with your lips closed. You should feel your neck and throat muscles working while doing this. Chew for a count of twenty.

Exercise no. 3: Lie down on your bed with your head hanging down at the edge. Gradually bring your head up towards your body. Keep this position for ten counts. Then bring your head hanging down and relax again prior to repeating the exercise.

Repeat these exercises five times or more each day, and keep yourself well nourished and well rested, and you'll have a normal-looking chin in thirty days.
