Lose Weight the Fastest Way
[I:http://thehealthpages.org/wp-content/uploads/2009/11/NicolaCarroll1.png]The fastest way to lose weight, in my honest opinion, is definitely by doing the Lemon Detox Diet. I've had superb results with this, so I'm really happy to get behind it and advocate it myself.
Not only are there loads of proven health benefits from doing the lemon juice detox, the weight loss is really fast and high for such a short space of time.
I'm normally more interested in talking about the health benefits and I don't generally rattle on too much about the weight loss aspects of the detox because I don't want people to think of it as a 'fast weight loss' fix. It is of course, but it is so much more than that.
However, it's obviously a massive health benefit to be of the right weight, so to lose weight when you are weighing more than what is ideal for your height and sex, is obviously a very good thing. Weight Loss = More Energy = Better Health = More Weightloss
It goes round and around really, because if you can lose some weight, you'll feel more energetic, which in turn makes it easier to be more active which again results in continued weigh loss. the detox itself tends to give most people an abundance of energy, so if you can start to get into the practice of doing some exercise when you have all of that energy to burn , it can only lead to good things.
Since losing 33lbs on my detox's, I have increased energy levels and I've introduced a lot more walking to my regular lifestyle. I have tons more energy and the weight just seems to keep on coming off - I'm not complaining there! I will detox regulalry now but won't do more than 2 - 4 per year.
To sum up, you have to consider all of the health benefits of the lemon detox and although I tend to focus more on the internal impact, weight loss is obviously a massive health benefit if you are over weight.
