Non Invasive Lipo

If you are searching for a non invasive liposuction, you have options, just not the type of options that you may be searching for. Even if you do opt for a traditional liposuction expect to lose, at most, 10 pounds. Most times, liposuctions are performed on patients needing mild weight loss, not a complete fat removal.

lipodissolve: This involves injecting a mixture with a needle into the fat, essentially making it melt away. Although this method works, its not like it is going to make you see any significant weight loss.

Furthermore, this type of procedure has a ton of issues linked with it. Because there are no specifications, everyone that performs this painless procedure has their own cocktail of ingredients. Because the mixture, that is injected into you, has no standard, you may be injected with something dangerous.

This procedure is not approved by the FDA and not recommended by many plastic surgeons. Exactly how it will effect your body is not yet known. Because the melted away fat is reabsorbed by your body, your cholesterol may increase. Furthermore, your liver may be damaged once it tries to take care of all the fat within the body.

Aren't there other non-surgical liposuction methods out there? Yes. There is UltraShape, but its not available in the US, gives minimal results, and costs thousands of dollars.

Although you may not want to hear it, the best noninvasive form of liposuction is diet and/or exercise. Lets say you get a lipo. You're going to lose up to 10 pounds, if you're lucky. Once you do lose that fat tissue, the only way to keep it off is through diet and exercise. Within a week, if you don't watch what you eat, you can gain back all of your weight!

If you want to lose weight fast through exercising and are in somewhat decent shape, you can utilize high intensity interval training (type it into your favorite search engine for details). Rather than exercising at a constant pace, you run in intervals of low and high intensity.
