In the book, Mike Geary talks about the most effective routine that will get you on your way to the great abs that you have always wanted.
The book highlights the fact that weight loss comes before having a wash board abs. What this means is that we have to get leaner first and lose body fat in order for us to be able to really work on sculpting our abs.
